Introducing Cameron
Bio
Cameron started at the age of 13 and has been playing for around 50 years. For a number of years he played in the famous Shotts and Dykehead Caledonia Pipe Band and during his time there they won most of the major competitions in Grade 1, including the World Pipe Band Championships. He was also very successful in solo competitions, winning the North West Championship 5 years running.
Currently, Cameron is a RSPBA Piping and Ensemble Adjudicator and qualified RSPBA and PDQB Instructor and Exam Assessor. He has played and judged at events all over the world, including; the Edinburgh Tattoo, the Moscow Tattoo, the Amur Waves Festival in Khabarovsk, Russia, the Costa Mesa Games in Los Angeles and many more.
