Introducing Finn

Bio

Finn has been playing the Great Highland Bagpipes since he was ** years old. His journey started with the Lochalsh Junior Pipe Band where he played for 6 years.

Finn studied at the Riverside Music College where he achieved his Higher National Certificate. On completion of this, he then applied to be a student at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, to study music at a higher level. He achieved this goal and is currently starting his 3rd year.

Finn is a member of a successful Scottish Folk Band called ‘Falasgair’. They’ve performed at many prestigious venues and events, such as Piping Live, Skye Live Music Festival, Celtica Valle Daosta Celtic Music Festival in Italy, Knockengorroch Celtic Music Festival, Edinburgh Trad Fest and Glasgow’s famous music venue, ‘King Tuts’.

If that wasn’t enough, Finn also plays with electronic Trad Band ‘Valtos’, and plays the whistle to a high level.

Finn has experience in playing at many weddings, corporate events, Burns Suppers and funerals around Scotland, Wales & London.
