What made you learn?


“Lorcan wanted some kind of musical outlet which was difficult in Southern Ireland in the 80s. He tried the guitar and clarinet and he didn’t get on with those. The Pipe Band in his town went around to all the secondary schools and advertised that they were having an open day. Lorcan went along, and much to his mother’s “delight”, he took up the pipes”
