Richard

Richard has been playing the Great Highland Bagpipes for over 30 Years. Taught at the Royal Caledonian Schools from the age of 8, he won many gold medals at his time there and was honoured to become Pipe Major in his adulthood from 1990 – 1996.

Since then, Richard has performed in front of the late Queen Mother & Princess Anne. Furthermore, Richard has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, appeared in the British Romantic Comedy, ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’ and performed for delegates and dignitaries at the Lord Mayor’s Show.

Richard has also dazzled many guests and newlyweds by bringing the pipes to their special occasion.
